Privacy Policy
This policy describes the information MarketLab handles, why we use it, and the choices available to you.

1. Information we collect
We may collect account details such as your username, securely hashed password, optional email address, optional phone number, authentication status, subscription status, and communications with us. We do not store your password in readable form. When you use MarketLab, we may collect technical and usage information such as device type, browser, pages viewed, feature interactions, approximate location derived from IP address, timestamps, and diagnostic data.
2. Content and trading scenarios
MarketLab may process the custom coin names, tickers, colors, icon letters, uploaded PNG logos, candle edits, watchlists, orders, positions, and cash-balance settings you create. Some portfolio and scenario data is stored locally in your browser and may remain only on that device unless a feature clearly states otherwise.
3. Payments
Stripe processes subscription payments. MarketLab does not store your full payment-card number. Stripe may collect payment details, billing information, fraud signals, and other data under its own privacy policy. We receive limited payment and subscription information needed to provide access, manage billing, prevent abuse, and keep financial records.
4. How we use information
We use information to provide and secure MarketLab, authenticate users, process subscriptions, maintain access, save preferences, respond to requests, diagnose problems, analyze performance, prevent fraud and abuse, comply with law, and improve or develop features.
5. How we share information
We may share information with service providers that help us operate MarketLab, including providers for hosting, payment, analytics, security, communications, and customer support. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, in connection with a business transaction, or with your direction or consent. We do not sell personal information for money.
6. Cookies and local storage
MarketLab and its providers may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, confirm subscription access, remember settings, store device-local scenarios, improve performance, and protect the service. You can control browser storage through your browser settings, but deleting it may sign you out or erase locally saved MarketLab data.
7. Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain security, comply with legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Device-local information remains until you reset MarketLab data, clear browser storage, or remove it through your device.
8. Your choices and rights
You may update available account information, cancel a subscription through Stripe, clear device-local data, and adjust browser cookie or storage settings. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a copy of certain personal information, or to appeal a privacy-request decision. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including password hashing and secure session cookies. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Use a unique password and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.
10. Children
MarketLab is intended for adults and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
11. International use
Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where MarketLab or its providers operate. Those locations may have different data-protection laws than your location. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
12. Updates and contact
